You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Collector's Cache within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Bank Processing: The time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.
